Isaiah 40:28-32 ESV
“The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.”

When I was young we had a chorus we sung in church called “He’s All I Need,” it went like this:

“He’s all I need
He’s all I need
Jesus is all I need
He’s all I need
He’s all I need
Jesus is all I need”

It was very simple but it conveys how I feel in this world. If He is all we need, He will supply everything else; food, shelter, clothing finances and companionship. But first He wants to be all we need. He cannot come second or third,

We would only trust Him when we couldn’t supply something for ourselves. Whatever you tell me that is wrong or is a need in your life, my first answer to your problems or needs is Jesus. After that, He will supply what we need according to His riches in glory.

We want tangible things before we want fulfillment in Him. He is all we need. Jesus said seek first the Kingdom God and His righteousness and all the things we need will be provided.

Prayer:
Father, thank you, you are my fulfillment and sufficiency. When I am in want, You are all I need and You always provide for my needs when I trust in You.
