James 4:17 ESV
“So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.”

I found myself in a hurry yesterday morning and I had no time for interruptions. As I was leaving a place of business and on to my next job, an elderly man approached me and he was a bit shaken and upset. He had a problem he needed help with. To help him, was going to take me out of my way and put me behind. I knew the right thing to do despite knowing this would put me behind. I made a decision and did the right thing and helped the gentleman, but what’s more, I pleased God.

Prayer:
Father, never let me become so busy that I can’t show care for someone in need. Because if I know how to do the right thing, but I decide not to do it, I know I’m sinning. (James 4:17)
