Matthew 5:2-3 ESV
“And he opened his mouth and taught them, saying: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”

The person who knows their true spiritual state of being, who understands who they are apart from God and who they are in God, they are happy, fortunate, blessed beyond measure. That person knows how to humble themselves and to receive from God.

For when they do, they will have the Kingdom of heaven as their reward. They will also be able to know the Kingdom of God here on earth, because God will reveal His kingdom to His children, so that they will sense the blessings of God, the peace of God here, but seeing the Kingdom of God will place in them a longing so strong that they will want to be with God in His kingdom right now!

Prayer:
Father, I know who I am and what I am. I humble myself that I will be able to see your kingdom now, and then one day personally, I will be with You in Your Kingdom forever!
