2 Corinthians 4:18 NKJV

“…We do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

We are not going to change the fact that this is a troubled world full of troubled people, but we cannot ignore the fact that we have a mission. We were designed for God’s purpose to accomplish His perfect will while we are here.

Evil will always be present here but not in eternity with God in heaven. We have to keep our minds on God and serve Him because that is eternal. We cannot walk around with blinders on and forget about those who live in darkness. God wants us to reach them. We cannot change them, that’s God’s work, we just show them salt and light.

Prayer:
Father, please help me to keep my eyes on You but to see the world as You see it. This world is my mission field.
