God is Love

Psalms 86:15 ESV
“But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.”

Love began with God, was established by God, and the love for mankind is why God sent His Son in the likeness of human flesh. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 ESV

Gods love is passionate! “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

God’s love is eternal! “I’m convinced that nothing can separate us from God’s love in Christ Jesus our Lord: not death or life, not angels or rulers, not present things or future things, not powers or height or depth, or any other thing that is created.” (Romans 8:38-39)

Know the depth of God’s love! “And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.” (Ephesians 3:18)

Benefits of God’s love! “May you experience the love of Christ…Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.” (Ephesians 3:19)

“We love because He first loved us.” (1 John 4:19)

Prayer:
Father, Your love is amazing. Even when I do not feel lovable You still love me.
