Zephaniah 3:17 ESV

“The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save;” (Our God is bold and mighty and ready to defend His children! He is watching ever intently to come to our rescue, just call out to Him.) “He will rejoice over you with gladness; He will quiet you by his love; “He will exult over you with loud singing.”

Most people picture God quiet and reserved, some even picture Him with a scour on His face. But Zephaniah saw Him as an exuberant, singing, joyful God. Listen carefully when you see a sunset, or a rainbow and you will hear God singing loudly and wonderfully!
