Steadfast Love

Psalms 94:18-19 ESV
“When I thought, ‘My foot slips,’ Your steadfast love, O Lord, held me up. When the cares of my heart are many, Your consolations cheer my soul.”

It doesn’t matter what has happened or what is looming over the horizon, God is with us. The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercy never comes to an end!

How does God console us when our heart is heavy and the cares of life are many? His Spirit lives inside of us. It is there to bring peace in times of trouble, to bring joy when life offers us sorrows. His Word encourages us that He is always there for us and that He will never leave us or forsake us…

Yes even when we have forgotten Him, He is still right by our side and in our heart. No matter what Monday brings, God brings His love that never ceases, peace that passes all understanding and rest on every side “Cast your cares on Him for He cares for you!”

Prayer:
Father, it is a new day. We have never seen this day before, even though we think in our minds that we know what today holds, we do not. So before the day is far spent, I give it to You, for with You, I can do anything, anything at all!
