Isaiah 66:2 ESV
“…But this is the one to whom I will look: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word.”

God looks at the humble (those who are free of pride and arrogance) contrite in spirit (those who have remorse for sin or wrong attitudes) and those who revere God’s word as the very words from God.
