Psalms 3:3 ESV
“But you, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.”

God can and will shield you from the fiery darts of the enemy, but He is so much more. No reason to be downcast with your head hanging in defeat, He is your Glory and the one who gives you boldness and confidence.
