1 John 1:7 ESV

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.”

Walking in the light with Jesus is the same as walking in fellowship with Him. We will also have fellowship with everyone else who is walking in fellowship with Jesus.

It’s a koinonia Fellowship. Koinonia koy-nohn-ee’-ah is a Greek word meaning to be drawn together by intimate participation, an idealized state of fellowship with Jesus and one another.
