Psalms 19:7 NKJV

“The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.”

David says that the laws of God are perfect. His laws and precepts are so perfect that the one who reads His commands with an open heart and receptive spirit, will be converted. In fact, God’s word is so perfect that the student of God’s word will be transformed. Transformed from someone who wants to get by in life to a disciple that wants to excel in life, who is full of life, and one who will use the knowledge they receive in wisdom to make others wise as well.
