Jehovah Rapha – God Our Healer

Jeremiah 17:14 ESV
“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.”

Whether we are sick, injured, discouraged, weak, down and depressed, burdened with life or we have battle scars to overcome, God is our Healer. He can heal every person and every situation. God doesn’t always heal the way we think we need to be healed, but He is perfect in His decisions.

This is not heaven, we live in a fallen world where there is pain, sorrow, sickness and death. This world is not our home. We are passing through to glory one day, but while we are here, we can lean on God for the toughest things that this life brings Some have physical scars, emotional scars, scars of regrets and past failures, He heals those too.

Know today that God is a Healer! Begin to praise Him and thank Him, even if you do not see the answer yet, God is healing and He heals in a variety of ways. Those that you have been praying for, healing, restoration and peace is in the way.

Prayer:
You are the God, that heals us, You are the Lord our healer. We don’t always get the healing that we are looking for, but You are still working, still healing. I choose to trust You Father God, AMEN!
