John 14: 20-21 ESV

“I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.  Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”

I know most of you already know this but I need to remind you anyway; Jesus wants you to know and posses the same relationship with Himself and the Father that He has with the Father.

That’s right, the relationship Jesus has with the Father, the love, appreciation, the joy and oneness in fellowship, they have together, He wants us to enjoy the relationship, the benefits, the joy that He has with the Father. That’s why he gave us these words and that is why He told His disciples, “pray this way; OUR Father, which is in heaven…” Jesus’s Father is your Father and the Father loves you as a son or daughter, just read John 1:12.

Prayer:
Father, I don’t always feel like a child of the creator, but I am, there is no denying that. Thank you for loving me, accepting as I am, placing your seal upon me that says I am yours.
