Romans 8:2 ESV

“For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.”

There is a law that was born in all of us, it is the law of sin and death. Without Christ in our lives we live a life of sin that brings us to spiritual death but when we accepted Jesus Christ as our Savior His Spirit sets us free from the law of sin and death, we are no longer slaves to sin.
