“Self Evaluation”
Psalms 139: 23-24
Search me [thoroughly], O God, and know my heart;
Test me and know my anxious thoughts;
And see if there is any wicked or hurtful way in me,
And lead me in the everlasting way.

God already knows everything about us, what David was doing was making a self evaluation and asking God to help him identify all the areas in his life that need corrections…not a bad idea to do self evaluation to see where we stand with God.
