“Bearing Fruit”
John 15: 2 ESV
“Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.”

You can see by this scripture that bearing fruit is not optional, it is required. Bearing fruit is doing acts that show you are a child of God. Working for the kingdom, doing acts if grace and kindness, helping, strengthening, showing mercy… : 2 ESV
