Psalms 119: 2 Amplified
“Blessed and (highly) favored by God are those who keep His testimonies,
And who [consistently] seek Him and long for Him with all their heart.

God in this verse has two desires: (1) that we would keep His word and seek Him with our whole heart. (2) For our devotion, He wants to bless us greatly and shower us with His favor.
