Isaiah 43:18-19 NLT

“But forget all that (all the miracles that God did in the past for Israel)—it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”

God told Israel what He would do in them and through them in the future would be nothing less than spectacular. So what’s the catch? Typically, that is the way mankind thinks, they always seem to want to know what it is going to cost them. Well, it could possibly cost us everything, but we don’t have anything that God has not provided anyway.

This new year I want the Spirit of God to take ahold of the Body of Christ and shake it until all the dross falls away. Then allow the Spirit of God to breath fresh fire into every Evangelical Christian that is alive. Then I want God to use us in ways that we never imagined.
