We Are More than Conquerors

Romans 8:35,37 ESV
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.”

Can anything ever in this life or the life to come seperate us from the love of Christ Jesus? NO!!! Can tribulation (worries troubles, anxieties, traumas or fears); distress (anguish, suffering, pain, agony, ache, affliction); persecution (oppression, victimization, abuse, discrimination); or famine (needing sustinance but there is no possible way to get what you need); nakedness (suffering loss of what you need to be comfortable, nor enough that you can go to work or maintain day to day affairs); or danger (peril, hazard, insecurity, risk, jeopardy, uncertainty, instability)? “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors…”

Through Jesus we can not just survive, we can and will conquer. We can win in every situation, In spite of what we may be going through at any moment in this life. Just give Him the room and the lead way to work His healing, restoration, peace. Give Him time to work, don’t be in a hurry? His timing is always perfect.

Prayer:
Lord, it seems that we are impatient, irritated, frustrated sometimes angry when we suffer in this life. We may not understand it all, but what we can do is set ourselves aside and trust You!
