Joy Comes in the Morning

Psalms 30:4-5 ESV
“Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints, and give thanks to his holy name. For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.”

I woke up this morning, I’m alive, whole, healed, prosperous, thanking God for His hand of protection. This storm we are having in Florida is just a weather process. The devil may mean it for harm, but God’s hand is still on us.

Things happen in this life that we do not like, but I have seen great value in keeping my eyes on Jesus no matter what is happening around me. I may be in the storm, but as long as I know He is there, there is hope, peace that is undescribable, and joy that no one can take away unless I give it away. Lord Jesus, thank You for life, and life more abundantly. Thank You for Your arms of mercy and grace. Thank You for protection and peace. If there is any loss in this storm, provide a way for recovery! In Your name Lord Jesus, Amen
